I haven’t posted anything since Nov of last year. Wow. When I said I didn’t feel like blogging I really meant it eh?
Anyways, I just wanted to post a few of my favorite photos of Meeka (from ICHC). Yeah, I’m proud of my little white bundle of ‘joy’. She’s (practically) famous. She’ll be in the next book from ICHC, which is coming out sometime this September.

I have so many of these, but I wont bore you anymore.
Zoey had some weird growth growing on her left hind leg (yeah I know, gross). I really didn’t think anything of it. She’s getting along in years (she turned 7 this August) so I thought it was just that…a growth. It happens sometimes when dogs gets older. I’ve had a few dogs in my lifetime to know this.
So she had an operation to get it removed. When I went to go pick her up that evening she couldn’t even get up, so I had to leave her there overnight. Poor thing. As soon as she heard my voice she was struggling to get up, but it wasn’t going to happen.
The next day I picked her up and she seemed happy to see me. She was somewhat out of it, but obviously glad to be going home. All I had to do now was keep her from licking her stitches (which was no easy task) and wait for the results from the biopsy.
Well, to make a long story short, she has Cancer. “Spindle Cell Sarcoma” to be exact. It stinks though because I have no idea how long she has, or when she’ll start getting sick. All I can do now is watch her for signs and make her last days happy.

The ‘news’ came to me like a punch in the gut though. I didn’t expect that at all, and it’s left me feeling like total crap…

I guess my coffee smells like cat poop to meeka. (haha) Anytime she’s around it she tries to bury it. She’s already knocked it over a couple of times. Now I have to make sure I don’t leave it in certain places.
I should have posted this on Caturday, but I feel like posting it now.
And I also took some vids of her and put them together to make one. The little nut. *L* She was in such a weird mood, being all playful and cocky. She was running around with a bag of the dog’s treats near the end. I love it when she runs around with things in her mouth. It just looks too funny.
My Meeka is growing up fast. She’s my little white bundle of joy. (haha) After seeing Robin’s post with her cute kitty in a hat I decided to give it a try. I managed to get a couple of good shots of her, but she does NOT like hats (does any cat?). Most of the time she was trying to get it off and moving too much, so I had to use a flash. Bah for flashes. But I did like how this one came out. It would have been better if she would have looked at me, but I think she was pissed at me. *L*
Here is another shot I like of her, against a pink background (which isn’t really pink. I had to use a filter.) But I thought her white fur against that color made her look sweet.
Btw, if you want a really good catnip I highly recommend Cosmic Catnip. Meeka is a finicky kitty and wont use anything else but that kind. I just ordered some and I can’t wait for it to come in.
My kitty will only eat dog treats. Ugh! She won’t eat kitty treats. That’s how finicky she is.
