Wow. I haven’t posted in such a long time. Been busy and not feeling like blogging at all. Bad me. So here’s a quick update.

I just dropped Meeka off at the vets. She cracked one of her back teeth and needs to have it pulled. It’s really bothering me because my other cat (of 13 years) got sick right after he had dental surgery and he died. So there are bad memories for me. Odds are she’ll be okay, but I can’t shake that awful feeling from that last time. Blah…

My son is now going to College. Not only does he work hard and has a steady girlfriend (9 months now) he’s juggling school work as well.  I don’t know where the time went. I miss that “little boy”, but yet I look at him now and I’m SO proud of him.

I started a digital portrait painting of Ramsay from Hell’s Kitchen. I have no idea when it’ll be finished, but I can’t wait to show it off.

I’ve been watching the soap All My Children for a very long time now and recently started watching One Life To Live, which is right after it. Yes..that’s what I need. Another hour sucked out of my life. Wasted on soaps. haha (Annie has turned into a little bitch!)

Finally got new furniture for that room that has nothing in it (*pokes Jamie*). I should be posting pics of that sometime soon.

I simply cannot stand this humid weather. Walking outside is like walking into a sauna. I _hate_it. I’ve been on a few late night walks on my street, but I miss going out into the woods with my dog for our ‘hikes’.

I had a funeral to go to that I really don’t want to get into here, among other things. I like blogging but I also  feel like not everyone  needs to know every_little_thing about my life. Especially the [very] personal stuff. But that’s just me. To each his own…

• I still can’t believe Carly was one of the bottom 3 last night on American Idol. She’s too good to be there right now. I hope this opens people’s eyes and they start voting for her again.
• Cherry still isn’t back yet and I’m starting to worry. I hope she is okay. I miss her.
• My son is sick with that cold/flu thing that’s been going around. He does seem to be getting better now, and I’m just waiting to come down with it too. blah…
• I haven’t talked to my parents in like 3 weeks. Ugh…
• I can’t wait for spring. This cold weather is starting to get to me.
• I’m having fun posting pics of Meeka on my new DA account. Though I’m sure my stalker has already found me there because she’s a wacko obsessed freak. Still fucking delusional and making up crap about me. I’m not going to bother any more because you’ll never change and all you want to do is cause drama. Have fun.
• Kinda wondering if there’s been anything new on that Gnome incident. Fricken gnomes. (lol) I still say it was a midget.
• Some of the questions at Y/A are creeping me out. Starting to wonder why I even bother going there.
• We’ve been having problems with the site here. Sometimes it’s extremely slow. We’ve seemed to have ‘lost’ some photos too. Hopefully we got them all.

Well I must say, the weather the past month or two has been really annoying. Temperatures are way off, it’s as if the weather is a month behind. I’m actually a bit paranoid to put Christmas lights up this year if it stays warm and rainy.

Anyway, this Saturday we got the first snow of the season. Not much, few patches here and there and went away fast as the sun came out.

Speaking of the sun, these last few weeks have been absolute, well, shit, for taking photographs. Constantly clouded over. When the sun does decide to come out, it is not for long and when I’m unable to go photograph things. Really grinding on my last nerves.

Really though, this weather is downright weird. Temperatures have been so inconsistent, constantly going like a wet week, then a dry week. The summer wasn’t too bad, didn’t get into a drought or anything. It’s just been this transition into Fall that has been really whacked out.

I hope the weather catches up soon, gets cold and the snow starts coming. I think I’m ready for it and I would like to have some constant snow for December and Christmas this year. Haven’t had a good year for ice on my pond either in awhile too…
