Well it’s a bit late, but I don’t think it is ever too late to do a Caturday post of Fig.

So here is a photo, of Figaro, on a box. It was a tall box with an open top and my dirty quilt drapped over it. Basically it was a make-shift hammock.

I just wanted to do a quick post to tell everyone Merry Christmas. Hope it was good for all of ya.

Found out this morning that I am going to be an uncle. My brother and his wife got pregnant a couple weeks ago, due sometime in August. My dad had to ‘process’ it for awhile, and my mom literally fell off her feet. They are both very excited to be grandparents soon.

So I hope it was good for everyone. I finally have time to sit down and rest here for the first time today.

We’ll get to posting more frequently soon here as well.

My Dad isn’t doing too well and it’s been bothering me. He’s been layed up for a couple of weeks now (sciatic nerve) and getting depressed over it. I guess with the Holidays so close it’s really getting to him, plus not being able to do much at all. He’s usually pretty active but now he can’t do much at all. From what my mom tells me, all he does it sleep, go to the bathroom and shower. It’s not like him at all.

So I brought my dog (Zoey) over to see him last night.

When ‘they’ say animals have a way of cheering people up they are so right. What a difference that 30 min visit made.

It’s weird. My dog knows who they are and loves them. If I just mention ‘meme and pepe’ she goes nuts. She’ll either keep checking out the window for them or go spastic when we get into the car to go see them.

I’m glad zoey could cheer him up. I would have left her over there if I could have (even though it would be too weird for me without her here). But my mom…lol. Poor mom. She loves zoey too, but zoey is sooo huge. I don’t dare stay over there too long when she is with me. It’s like having a horse in her house (so my mom says).

(btw…I’m still in that weird ‘funk’ with posting and stuff. I can’t believe I haven’t posted anything since November 20th. Oo)
